There is a higher power that’s in control of what’s happening with the circumstances and situations in our lives.

The only thing we can control is ourselves.

Over the past decade, I have worked with some of the most influential personal development and spiritual development coaches in the industry.

The most valuable lesson I learned wasn’t what I learned in these coaching sessions, seminars, workshops or courses.

It’s the conclusion I came to, on my own, which is: the answers we’re searching for are within us.

Everything in this life is spiritual. We are “spirits” that reside a human body.

Therefore, we are all spiritual. Dark entities are spiritual too.

I don’t focus on “love and light”, I focus on the totality of the human experience. I focus on truth.

Our shadow selves – our egos – are equally as spiritual as the divine aspects of us.

Sometimes, we are driven by the “darker” aspects of us, even if our “higher self” knows better.

This isn’t an opportunity to judge or criticise ourselves (or anyone else) – it’s simply an opportunity for you to reflect and acknowledge what it means to be human.

By acknowledging all aspects of who you are – the light and the shadow; good and bad – you are able to acknowledge the same in others. It enables you to develop compassion and empathy for those who present you with their “shadow” or darker aspects of themselves.

I’m not someone that’s going to run you through a 5/10/12 step program.

I view each client on an individual level and map out exactly what you want to achieve in working with me, but more importantly – why.

For example: You go to a personal development coach with a goal to make $1,000,000.00 within 6 months. Which is great – there’s nothing wrong with wanting what you want. But why.

Why is that a goal for you?

There are so many people who set goals who go on to achieve all their goals, yet find themselves feeling empty and unfulfilled.

For some people, it really is – more money more problems.

Each individual has their own truth. Their own wants, dreams, goals and desires.

Inner Truth Gym was created for you to uncover why you are who you are, and to assist you in discovering – the most important thing a person can learn is to be true to who they are. Life isn’t always easy. Things aren’t always make sense. There are so many perspectives to a situation. We only live this life once – I’m here to help you live it as authentically as possible, from a place of your own self-empowerment.
